  1. I agree Mark. I was thinking that this afternoon seeing the crazy things going on everywhere. They are always the dissident and civil war party. Immigration is not broken it’s not being enforced. Immigration laws need to be enforced. Immigration must be enforced and we need to protect ourselves. It’s the destruction of our country. I hate the people in government. They ignore us and we don’t want any more of this crap. They don’t care. We will have to primary them. No more birth right citizenship. It’s wrong for an illegal who has a kid and they want that kid to be a citizen when its parents aren’t. It is wrong. She leaves the part of the 14th amendment that the person subject to the jurisdiction thereof. They want parts of the 14th but not the whole amendment. They do the same thing on insurrection and who can enforce it. An ambassador who has a child born here doesn’t make the child a citizen. The 14th amendment means children born to people who are citizens. At the time of the 14th amendment, it was about freed slaves. That ruling by the court was not the law. A freed slave was not a citizen in the courts view not immigration. 1860 the Civil Rights Act. Her leaving out language was intentional and she is not the only one. But, again, you must read it all as one amendment. It was about slaves and the civil war and nothing else. It made the states apply the federal constitution to every person in the state. And we are going to have to do it again. They ignore laws and the constitution when they don’t agree with them. It’s not a choice. It’s the law. I didn’t think Roe v Wade was good law, but we sure as hell had to abide by it. Mississippi could not pass a restrictive abortion law without the left challenging it. That’s how Dobbs got to the Court. The Civil Rights act was enshrined in the constitution and had nothing to do with birthright anything. A child born to legal residents is one strange case. But they rely on it even though it’s not illegal immigrants. You must read the whole amendment together. They are like the civil war democrats. The confederacy democrats. They are doing the same thing by ignoring the federal law.
