  2. AG appoints Weiss belatedly as special counsel for HB. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This is the same attorney who said the whistleblowers lied but then said he was geographically limited to Delaware in his charging decisions. So the whistleblowers did not lie. And this attorney tried to give HB unlimited immunity. It’s absolutely a clown show now. Impeachment is the only course.
