This is unheard of. The simple questions get different answers then this is not an agreement. Immunity from prosecution forever is never done. This deal was a con. They didn’t expect the judge to do this. They knew it was not a good thing when she started asking questions. Diversion on a gun charge is not done. They called the clerk to unfile the case amicus brief. She was mad already. So she was already having problems. They can’t say it’s closed and stonewall congress. This was a sweetheart deal of all sweetheart deals. Getting driven to court was so disgusting. I’d go to prison for what he did. No wonder the deal was not filed publicly!!
