Presidential misconduct. John Adams he signed the sedition act that made criticism of the president illegal. Defamation made a felony. He was a founder and he was a censor. The law is not constitutional at all. They are not serious. People were prosecuted under it. It’s so bad it was abused and allowed to lapse. Lincoln suspended habeas corpus to arrest people for being rebellious. Using a law to imprison critics and punish free speech is crazy. The espionage act needs to be abolished. FDR used agencies against opponents. He went after newspapers. All for criticizing his policies. He went after his opponents. He is not the best example of this. John Kennedy got tax returns of people and went after conservatives. He spied on MLK. Johnson did it too. Democrats are always the ones who use the law, agencies and press against opponents. I knew but I can’t even. Obama did it as well. He used the espionage act and the IRS against people. The press and the opponents who criticized him. It’s awful. Biden was the worst one ever. The j6 prisoners must be freed if not violent. The media is crazy and a propaganda machine. Trump was abused but he didn’t abuse anyone.
