  1. The judge just caved. It is the right decision here. Any decision by him would have effected the election. This judge would have been required to decide whether his admission of evidence especially as privileged information was admitted. If he had sentenced Trump he would have elected Trump. I agree the case should never have been brought. So many reversible errors are in evidence by the actions of this judge. 12 jurors in New York who were told they could find a crime occurred using multiple choice. Not unanimity. It should be reviewed because of that alone. The indictment is void on its face in my view. In Mississippi, it would not have made it past a motion to dismiss under 12(b)(6). It fails to state the underlying crime which is fatal to the prosecution.

  2. The dems are clinging onto RFK because he will take votes away from Trump. And it’s better for Harris that the NY case isn’t going forward. If he had put Trump in jail it would have exploded in the judges face.
