  1. The border catastrophe is solely on BIDEN. 22 million people have come here illegally. They are not entitled to asylum. Texas can arrest them and deport them because Biden has abandoned the border. The people are trespassing on state land. Yes the feds have the dominion of border control, but when they fail to or refuse to enforce the laws of the country as to the border, the state has a right to defend its citizens. Is it an invasion. Is it legally? I’m not sure. The state may enforce its laws but may it enforce federal law? That’s the question. Biden must be forced to enforce the laws of this country. The elites don’t live in border states. He has failed at the border. People are mad. The feds won’t enforce the law.
