The da and judge got the trial and no real sentencing. That’s the only purpose of this farce. The verdict will be reversed. The New York judiciary will be affected for years. Lawfare is the weaponization of the legal system against political opponents. It is horrible for the legal system. The DOJ led this lawfare and used states to do it. It’s a sad day for New York. The DA should be disbarred for this. The judge as well. Trump has a mandate to stop this nonsense. We voted against this. And then they decided to do this. A gag order was in effect. It’s nonsense. Gag orders are not in existence anymore. I’m fed up with this. It’s true what the sign said. Biden and garland sent DOJ attorneys to help state prosecutors. Finally the court is done and it will be reversed. From start to finish the underlying crime was never identified. It’s a legal requirement for the conviction.
