  1. It’s right. The president has always had immunity for official acts. These people are insane. The constitution does not excuse crimes that are for personal or just criminal conduct that isn’t presidential. These examples are not going to happen. Presidents make official acts. That doesn’t mean everything he does is an official act. This covers Obama killing the American citizen who was an a jihadist. This is the only decision it could make. Smith is a horrible attorney. He has stretched the law beyond all reasonable expectations. The seal team example would involve too many people and would be criminal. It would result in impeachment. The CNN and MSNBC are delusional. Why run Joe!|? They don’t believe what they are saying. They don’t read the opinions. Trump broke their minds. They used the lawfare against Trump. Stop the court crap and campaign and the voters decide in the ballot box!
