  1. He did lie. Bob Costello told the truth about what happened. He represented Cohen. He would not even talk to the Doj without a waiver of attorney client privilege he is ethical. This is absurd. There’s no crime here. Cohen lied. He taped his own client. For Pecker? No. The da is suborning perjury. Lies by this man are a problem here. I’m an ethical attorney. I would never put him on the stand. He failed to connect Trump to any crime. He lies. The jury will see on cross. Who do they hate more? Trump or Cohen. This judge should not let this go to the jury. Political issues are affecting all of this. It will be reversed. But that is too late. Any ethical judge should not let this go on.
