  1. I disagree with Dershowitz. There was no probable cause to issue that warrant based on that affidavit. Any good judge would say the controlling statute is not criminal and it controls. He split the baby by letting the DOJ redact this much. General warrants violate the Fourth Amendment. It should never have been issued.
