  1. He is not charged, much less found guilty, of insurrection, so they are pushing it. It’s BS. Many democrats are not going to do that. The theory is wrong. Period. Weissman should be fired from his teaching position. The 14th Amendment does not apply. And Congress retained the power to enforce it. They have not. Any court using this to disqualify a candidate for anything is making an error as a matter of law.
