  2. I’m so sad. I worked in criminal court too. I can’t imagine a gag order being constitutional. He’s the defendant in a criminal case. What are they charging? Where is the indictment? It will fall apart on the statute of limitations, first. Second, he did not pay it from campaign funds. The doj, the fec, and Bragg himself declined to prosecute. No federal crime here. Using a federal statute to bootstrap a misdemeanor to a felony is not done. I want the indictment.
