The court is not remaking America. It’s declaring what the constitution covers and what it prohibits. Congress has the legislative power. The executive branch implements and enforces the act. Congress is the sole body with the authority that may write law. The speech case is just that, the court said a state may not censor or compel speech. Affirmative action has always been unconstitutional. I’ve always disagreed with it. They are using quotas. It is unconstitutional to require that someone work on the sabbath if they can accommodate you.
