  1. CNN is obsessed with Trump. 😂 There has to be a second crime. We don’t know what that is. That’s fatal to the prosecution. In Mississippi where I practiced the indictment must allege both crimes. We still don’t know what the underlying felony is. That’s a due process violation. Cohen lied about the call to the body guard. He is not truthful. The jury reacted to the phone call. Stormy testified to so much extraneous detail that it is harmful to the defendant and was reversible error. I agree with Clay. The judge should grant a directed verdict because they have not proven any underlying crime.
