  1. Weiss admitted in the letter that he was jurisdictionally challenged. He could not bring charges outside of Delaware without the approval of the DC and LA would not agree. So he was prevented from bringing all charges against HB.

In a U.S. attorney office, charges can be brought against anyone in that district. To charge someone in DC Matthew Graves, the one going after J 6 defendants, is a horrible person too. Weiss had to ask permission in both DC and LA of the AUSAS to charge HB outside of Delaware. The LA District Attorney is not who I’m talking about. So he was geographically limited to Delaware. The whistleblowers told the truth. The crime was committed in LA. That U.S. attorney said no. Not that there was no evidence. There are reams of evidence.

  6. The DOJ broke the law. The law requires an outside investigator. They lost the statute of limitations run. It’s actually not about HB. It’s about Joe Biden. The House will not stop investigating him.
