Agreed. I’m at my wits end about this whole case. In Mississippi, this indictment would be held to be void on its face. He did not apply the law fairly and he did not provide Trump a fair trial. It doesn’t state a felony. The constitution requires the defendant to be made aware of the alleged crime. They referred to several crimes in the trial but didn’t inform him in time to defend against it. Then he let the jury make a multiple choice decision. Erroneous rulings. Refusal to recuse himself. Not allowing defense expert. I think the same. I’m an attorney and worked in criminal law for years. This case is full of errors.
