  1. The case is legally absurd, weak, flawed, and it has so many issues. Timeline and due process. They were trying to find a crime to charge Trump with, instead of having a crime and finding the person who committed it. Coangello appeared in the DAs. All happened about the same time. DAs and the DOJ were all trying to find criminal conduct Trump allegedly committed. Due process requires the opposite. If bias by a prosecutor, judge, it’s a due process violation as well. If it shocks the conscience. If the AG and DA run on getting Trump, without naming what crime he allegedly committed, it shocks the conscience of me and regular people.
