  1. I want to know why as well. I’m from Mississippi. We have a lot of small towns here. I practiced law in these small towns. I knew the sheriff, the deputies, the judges, every one in the court. Small towns are special. Everyone knows everyone else. It has to be handled in a different county and different people. I’m sure people know what was happening. I am also sure rumors are running rampant around town. A sheriff killing a judge in the chambers of the judge is unheard of.
