Georgia the judge erred in not removing Fani. I don’t understand how he could find that after he found she was conflicted in fact.

@themaestro3034 the appearance of a conflict exists because she benefited financially by hiring her lover. It’s blatantly obvious that she did. She used public funds to pay him. He in turn took her on trips. It’s public money being used for a kickback scheme. She also committed perjury on the stand by saying the relationship did not begin until 22. It’s not about Trump or the case itself. It’s her conduct as an attorney who has a duty to the court and the constituents of her county to be fair. To not do anything that appears to be unethical. To be candid with and not lie to the court. It’s all about how she has conducted herself in the prosecution of the people in this case.

Judges gag order is prior restraint on speech. It’s unconstitutional. He can say anything he wants. Trump attacked the judges daughter. The judge doesn’t gain anything from it. The gag order should not gag Trump. It’s ridiculous.
