  1. It doesn’t state a crime. It’s absolutely garbage. RICO is to get the mob. She not a good lawyer. No racketeering occurred here. It violated all of their due process rights by filling the indictment before the Grand Jury returned a true bill. It’s a grounds for dismissal right there. She filed the documents before the GJ even heard the evidence. Remove it to Federal court. Under the law. Then file a motion to dismiss and get a ruling. Then appeal that to the Supreme Court. Fani is not a good attorney. The cases must be consolidated in a federal court to be tried after the election and its outcome will be different. They are trying to criminalize our constitutional rights!!!!
