  1. One, the conviction is unconstitutional. The indictment failed to allege the underlying crime that Trump allegedly committed. That violates the defendants 6th amendment and the due process clause of the constitution. I don’t care what NY law allows. It’s a violation of the Constitution of the USA. Done. Period. Two, the judge did allow evidence in that was immune. But he won’t do anything because he’s so biased.
