  1. Z has said he’s ready to sign it before. He keeps telling people he’s ready and then he does what he did yesterday. He still insists on security guarantees. Not having it. He can’t get that we can’t give him security on the ground. It is a no go. If he can’t get on board with this he can’t get anywhere. The EU are mad the USA is getting the minerals over them. I think the EU put him up to this with the liberal Obama gang too. I don’t think Z will do it. Susan Rice got on TV last night and knew the terms of the deal. So she’s talking to Z. The EU was salivating over the mineral rights. They want war with Russia. If they go too far they are playing with our membership in NATO. The war is stalemate and it’s not winnable. I’m not on any side. We can’t give anymore.
