Thank you, Mayor Gulliani!!! This is crazy, four cases. You know as well as I do that RICO is not applicable to an election contest. An election contest is not a criminal enterprise!!!!! The steps she includes are all constitutional rights. It’s obviously political. The Biden case is a RICO case. Joe is immune from prosecution for acts committed in his official capacity. But for the 4 years he wasn’t in office, he’s not. He may be impeached though. It’s got to be removed. They’re leaking like a sieve. At least the federal court in Miami is trying to rein Smith in. He closed the grand jury in DC. Indictments for giving legal advice are insane.
