  50. Penny should never have been charged. And it is proven by how the DA requested that the manslaughter charge be dismissed and that the judge made the jury deliberate on negligence. They knew it wasn’t murder. The jury saw through this manipulation. Thank God. Bragg must go. Skin color doesn’t matter to the public as much as the woke lefties. The jury saw through this crap.
