  2. I can’t keep up the TROs are coming so fast I gave up trying to read everything. I am so upset about the judges sticking their noses into executive branch plenary powers. Theres no constitutional crisis unless you count the judges doing this. Biden ignored the Supreme Court several times. The student loan debt forgiveness was unconstitutional every time Biden tried it. I don’t care what agency or law he cited, Biden did not have the power to forgive student loan debt. Only Congress has the power. It has not delegated that to the president. So, Trump has not refused to follow an order. He’s been sued, ruled against and appealed. That’s not what Biden did. These people don’t understand the concept of separation of powers. The executive branch has every authority to review payments from all executive branches. He has the power to decide where and how the money is spent when it’s within the enabling statute of the agency. The 25th amendment does not exist. It wasn’t ratified by the states within the time allowed by the amendment itself. He wants a Supreme Court review of birthright citizenship. He wants guidance from the Supreme Court because it’s never interpreted the 14th amendment to include any baby born to illegal aliens. It was meant for slaves. The lower courts and the democrats took analysis of the equal protection clause to apply to the birthright clause. We have really one case. Ark. It applied the 14th to him because he was born to legal immigrants and permanent residents of the USA thus they were subject to the jurisdiction of the USA. We didn’t have all of this illegal immigration in the 1800s. The court has not addressed this direct question. We need a Supreme Court analysis of it. All we are doing is fighting the interpretation of the Constitution and the law. It’s not a power grab for the executive branch uses executive branch power. It’s not a coup or power grab. It’s the executive branch exercising its power. It’s insane. Impoundment is newish. Using it this way is a question. It’s not a constitutional crisis to appeal a crazy district court decision. A crazy person every one of those squawking over the president exercising his constitutional authority. These people criticize the court all the time. The EB has been delegated a lot of spending power to the executive branch. We are auditing the spending. We paused it for a time. That’s all. Biden ignored the Supreme Court repeatedly. The court is nitpicking what the executive branch obviously has the authority to do. Can the court force Trump to spend money on stuff and Trump is appealing that. It’s insane. They say the democrats have the authority but republicans can’t. AIDS medicine to kids in Africa has been allowed to be spent. The USAID mission has been corrupted beyond all recognition. They created the misuse of funds and he can’t stop it? None of this is approved by the country. Otherwise it would be put through Congress. 40 Billion on whatever the left wanted from USAID is over. I’m of the opinion that the left only has about 33 % of the country on their side because nothing that supports the left is organic. It’s paid for by the government through USAID, including the media, podcasts, newspapers and other sources of leftist views. They do not have a majority of the country supporting these crazy things. The right too.

  5. USAID has parameters. But not what it’s been doing in the USAID. The Congress should be over all spending. The law delegated the power to spend 40 billion on what it thinks is appropriate overseas. Congress has delegated the power. The executive is Trump. He has discretion over what to spend. Pausing spending on day 1 is not illegal or unconstitutional. The Biden administration flouted the Supreme Court. Eviction moratorium was unconstitutional. Biden did not listen to them and said he didn’t care. The 28th amendment does not exist. Everything he did he’d said he couldn’t do it prior. But he did it anyway. The student loan thing. He violated the law by saying he could forgive student loans. He did it anyway. He gets it struck down. He did it through another law. Biden told the public he was ignoring the Supreme Court. It’s wrong and he was bragging. He overreached every time. Missouri did get the other attempts to forgive the debt struck down by lower court rulings. The left has not complied with the Supreme Court striking down affirmative action. Tyranny of the minority. That’s what they are. What? Two law professors told Biden to ignore the Supreme Court on issues it disagrees with in the name of popular constitutionalism. Wow. This is unpopular and not right. These people are ignoring the will of the people. Any group or organization that thinks it’s on the side of the angels and are never wrong are so elitist and egotistical. The country is behind Trump. I did vote for Elon as well as Trump. DEI is gone. Thank Goodness!!
