Small town clerks know everything and everyone. It’s not prejudicial to talk to the jurors she knew, went to church with and couldn’t ignore because she ran the courtroom and the jury. It’s insane to think it would in a town where everyone knows everyone. If involved in court and the public, it’s just not possible to not talk to them.
