  1. Ok. I missed it. Damn. Great news. US district court was a bad one. Dismiss the case directly. The circuit court said what. A boy is going to beat girls. Racing for second place is not fair. Boys racing against girls in track and field. Gender identity is not a girl under title 9. Wow they couldn’t refer to biological males as biological males. That’s insane. There are females and males biologically. They try to use the language to win the argument. Do not use their language. 3 justices ruled against them. 2d circuit heard it. They reversed. The girls won back to the trial court. Male puberty makes boys stronger and faster than girls. No requirement for the boys to lower testosterone. At all. Get your own sports team. Or sports arena. The amended complaint does state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Awesome news. It’s justice for the girls. That’s just the motion to dismiss. Appeal? Trial? Judge was brought to heel by the 2d Circuit. Biological males exist. They have to be treated as males. The DOJ and Dept of education were on the girls side under Trump and withdrew from the case under Biden. Title 9 must be revised back to how it is. The law does not recognize fiction. The Supreme Court will rule for us. And the norms of the law.
