You can’t make sense of it. My sister and brother in law were murdered by a drug dealer. He supposedly thought she and my brother in law ratted on him. It’s a long story. But they disappeared in October 1996. He had a few indictments against him in the town they lived. Im not a drug user. Never have. I don’t understand the drug world. The cops came to our house to talk to my mom and I. They knew within seconds we had no clue what happened to them. They were just missing. Jackie’s body was found within a week. They didn’t find Julie until July the next year. A cell mate of the killer told the cops where she was. The disappearance is awful. You don’t know what or how happened. It’s terrifying. It’s destroying. You don’t know if or when it will end. The frustration will eat you alive if you let it. Yeah a thief was his cell mate. He traded the information for the cops. It was true. He testified too. He’s a thief not a killer. So, there are grades of criminals. But other petty criminals will try to lie and get a deal.
