  1. Retired Mississippi lawyer here. The judges are not buying the case. It’s awesome. And the judge below must be reversed. She should be disbarred for this. She abused her power as AG. She pledged to ruin his life. She is a bad person and should never have been elected. The consumer protection law was supposed to protect the public. That’s not what the case is. She is trying to bankrupt Trump. Any case law that supports your position? I love it. No. There’s no harm. No impact on the market place. Sophisticated parties. No misunderstanding and the banks did due diligence. It’s a private wealth management company that knows what they’re doing. No there’s no harm. This case is really interfering in the market. Political opponents should never be allowed to do this crap.

  2. The witness said he was scared and that he assisted with the incident. He helped restrain the crazy guy. What actually killed this guy? He was just trying to restrain him. He did not use a chokehold. It’s a different hold and he could not have killed the guy. Why did the cops or anyone try CPR? The Neely guy was not normal. He was having a mental break. He was threatening people. Because he was threatening someone else by yelling and screaming at people. Penny knows how to do a chock hold. What did the Coroner say? Penny is not a murderer. He’s a regular guy.

  3. Bull. Banks do not depend on the valuation of the property. It’s all hypothetical and not true. 😂 Lord the judges are not giving her any ground. It’s a commercial dispute if they wanted to dispute it there’s no case under the law. The case law doesn’t support her stance.

  5. Of course they scream racism when it’s democracy. This area wanted its own schools. The democrats denied it. They formed their own city because they were not being represented. The St George are is white and wealthy. They voted to secede. They are entitled to do this. Baton Rouge will lose its tax base. That’s what this is about. Money. They have every right to do what they are doing. It’s not racism. Its representation. Schools, a mayor, every thing a representative government has to represent the people there.
