  1. He has covered Uruguay a bunch in his vids., its expensive and has closed it borders on and off to permanent residents throughout the pandemic. They are locking down again right now. Uruguay exists to serve the 1% of Brazil and Argentina. I like it too, but its not super cheap and again, watch it because sometimes you can't get in.

  2.  Mehedi Hasan  Gringos love Uruguay and parts of Argentina (BsAs). Of the two I'd go for Uruguay, but its not a cheap tax haven at all if you want a decent quality of life. Of course if you are willing to live in a cardboard box then really anywhere (with whatever climate you prefer) works.
