My husband left the room when you said Spanish is easy to learn haha. I think basic get around town Spanish is pretty easy and most Americans under 50 have studied a bit of it. But to fully master it can be very difficult, in fact it might be a language that becomes more difficult to learn as you learn it. We have US/Argentina now by default, but I would change that for Canada/Uruguay/Singapore. My tax haven would probably need a tax haven, but I like clean places for living. Malaysia looks good in your pics, and we have good friends from Serbia (who hate the place) so we might look there.
