  1. @WILD JOKER BOXING PROPHET Yes, you do. There are a few (very few) exceptions, but in general Uruguayans are really orderly and follow rules and cant be bribed to ignore the rules. Every Uruguayan I know has been 2x vaxxed and boosted. Uruguay locked out permanent residents and passport holders in 2020, like Australia. They did not lock them in, but you needed special permission to enter your own country. This annoyed me.
