Princess Haya is the daughter of King Hussein of Jordan, she has her own money. Sheikh Mohammed will never be found guilty of anything, he runs Dubai. By the way I actually admire many things about the Sheikh, his book on his thoughts on creating Dubai and business in general was brilliant, I am not sure if its available in English or not but if so its worth a look. He is also a despotic oriental potentate with a really crappy personal life that is something out of a dystopian novel.
