  1. Maine is a mess. Portland is Little Mogadishu, much of the state is run by insane lefties, and in many areas they let all residents vote in "local elections" without regard to citizenship. But of course nobody is really checking to make sure that their votes are only counted for local stuff and not federal. Felons can also vote right from jail.
