  1. I have to be on a weird diet because of a health condition (autoimmune thing) - the diet is basically meat and some root and green veg (and a nice glass of wine). Soy is a problematic protein for many as are all the seed based oils. This diet has changed my life, and I have a documented, official, blessed by big Pharma and the AMA mafia condition for which there are pharmaceutical remedies galore. Meat is good for most people.
