  2. @P. B. Foote The story isn't even remotely the same. Taiwan is where China's democratic government was pushed into after losing mainland to the rebels. The rebels, today known as CPR never were able to take aTaiwan. At first because they were not strong enough and later because US prevented it. Taiwan is an independent country that most pretend is part of China under One China policy, but only as lip service to trade with China.

  8. Britain is in NATO. Any war with China will include all members. I think they have a good chance of ending victorious.

  9.  @EnderGhost119  Article5 means that whole NATO has to intervene to defend an ally. UK isn't stupid enough to be aggressor in war with China, not without America permitting it. If Taiwan was invaded, USA is highly likely to intervene. All of the allies can actually support as they have armies and ships of their own, plus USA will throw in extra troop transporters. NATO is doubtfull to win? It's not a guarantee but it's not doubtfull ether. Frankly. After terrible Russian perfomance, I wonder if China's highly corrupt army is much better. We won't really know untill it happens though.
