  7. It wasn't. It was k own as Rus and fell apart in 13th century. The nation today is also known as Kyivan Rus.

  8. Americans are of two different opinions on this. There is no singular opinion. Not sure what countries state has to do with this war. Mostly sent is old US equipment. And it's all part of military budget. It would never be spent on us people, especially when republicans and their voters are against it.
