Of the WW2 Axis members, Germany is the only one still limited to how much military capabilities they can have, Japan is getting larger military forces, because the Americans need them to act as a blood sacrifice to prevent American casualties, the Japanese, just like the Ukrainians are expendable, the Italians are seen as a joke militarily in the collective west.

The range of electric vehicles is fairly short, and those are family cars, military vehicles are a hell of a lot bigger, heavier, carry personnell, munitions, supplies and they have to go off road, that will be interesting in a time of war. Armies need soldiers, soldiers come from the civilian population, that could be a problem for many NATO members in general, and for Britain in particular, the politicians might want a war with Russia, but I am not so sure that the civilians do.
