How about they (UKRAINE ) shot this plane down deliberately......they made one mistake.....they thought the prisoner exchange had taken place, and these aircraft were carrying the Russian exchange prisoners...a blatant attempt to commit MUREDER...or they shot down these planes deliberately in an attempt to create some kind of Public Relations NARRATIVE......claiming that they did not know about a prisoner exchange, will not wash.......this should end up in the.....ICC....AS A WAR CRIME.
