  1. part 1......A CEASEFIRE.....that kills this deal right there......the Russians have said it many times......THERE WILL NOT BE A CEASEFIRE.....they fell for this ploy on a number of previous occasions, Minsk 1....Minsk 2......Turkey......the Russians have been duped too many times.....but are an awful lot wiser now.
