  1. the first Russian ship that is hit will open the flood gates for Russian reprisals, they will sink every grain ship in the harbor and beyond. the Americans/ English plunderers will be held responsible for this by Russia, Europe will once again be the losers, but that won`t be of concern to London or Washington.
