No Alex the EU have already told the media they will confiscate the Russian money to rebuild Ukraine, so it won`t be the EU paying for it, all those billions that are supposedly being sent to Ukraine from America will not be from America but from STOLEN ASSETS in the European central bank belonging to Russia, my advice to Russia stop supplying gas/oil to Europe until they return all the money in a currency of Russia`s choice, or cut off all trade with the west for ever.
