Russia will probably NOT reduce oil production, but it WILL stop selling it to HOSTILE nations, they will sell it to FRIENDLY nations at or slightly below market price, this will rake in massive profits for Russia, give friendly nations a huge business advantage over hostile nations, and it will all be thanks to America / Britain with their sanctions policy.

  4.  @wassabi-g7p  Arabs have already made a statement that they can not export any more as they are at / near max output, plus just like the Americans the Arabs want max profit, so even if they could raise output, why would they, it would hurt their own interests.
