Bernie believes Putin's intervention. It's not politics. Remember in the Democratic debates, that he asserted Putin was the greatest foreign security threat, more so than ISIS even.
Finally, the evidence cannot be made fully public, as the intelligence sources and technology can be compromised, preventing future intelligence from being gained.
Look at what is going on in Europe and read European intelligence information. Common consensus is Putin is supporting (through funding, hacking, kompromat, etc) all left and right wing parties, pulling countries and their own populations further apart. It's divide and conquer strategy. Putin wants to make Russia strong, but the only way for him to do that and maintain his own self interests with Russia's weak state-controlled economy is to destabilise and weaken everyone else.
A lot of your points are way skewed because of your lack of recognition of these three points.

Marc Pall FFS wake up! Plenty of European governments independently reached the conclusion Putin is trying to destabilise the western world. Where did many of the fake news stories come from in the US election? Answer: St Petersburg. Fake Twitter and Facebook identities were used to cloud the information space, just like in Ukraine. This strategy is outlined in the Kremlin's hybrid warfare strategy, which has already been leaked. It got so bad in the Ukraine, that independent journalists had to setup a website called "FakeNews" which essentially fact checked most of the news articles published through Kremlin controlled media. Join the dots in the wider world, and the picture becomes clear, rather than running with biases.
Have you seen the polls asking how people get their news? 50% of US citizens get their news, that informs their political choices, from sites such as Facebook. Given the small margins Trump won by in key states, yes, they did effect the election result.
Why are people still ranting about Clinton and Obama in these posts?!
China hack corporate world to gain economic advantages, but they do not hack to effect politics, yet ...
