Something to consider on anti-IVF groups. Remember the theory you guys have that if a culture is good at preventing depression with religion, for example, and then the religion goes away, it’s people actually become MORE susceptible to depression because of the protective effect the religion had via the gene pool?
Now, regarding endocrine disruptors and infertility. Groups such as trad caths who truly eschew the tech could become interesting repositories of genes that preserve natural fertility and testosterone levels. Kind of like how, in the previous example, a group that never lived under that religion, may have a higher genetic propensity to not be depressed.
I use myself as an example. I have much higher than normal test levels that I’ve tested throughout my life. I’m assuming my grand father and father had even higher, both were criminals and unhinged but I don’t have this problem (I assume somewhat estrogenic effects on myself may have tempered that) and my wife and I have no issues with natural fertility. These endocrine pressures, therefore may simply move the normal distribution over time towards higher testosterone production and or insensitivity to estrogen signals.
TL;DR: We may be making ourselves more masculine over time, especially if the endocrine disruptors are ever removed.
Thoughts?

You could, in theory, genetically engineer your offspring not to have the fertility issue.
The reason we have more and more fertility problems, especially for men, is that synthetic materials (e.g. plastics, non-stick pans, PVC pipes, receipts, pesticides, wax paper, scents, basically everything ) mimic estrogen in the body and are particularly damaging to fetuses, where it permanently impairs future testicle function of the grown man.
