  3. We had SARS in 2003, no lesson learned it seems by the response to this current SARS CoV-2. It is physical distancing, poor substitute for the wearing of masks that have been proven to work overseas. Globalization has crippled our ability to produce much needed equipment, this is greed, not strategic manufacturing. Focus on self sufficiency not profit driven globalization. Asian flu arrives every year, we know the transmission mode and refuse to halt it due to indecision and potential lost revenue.

  13. War time President may be more true than we realize now. China has huge amounts of $$ but it's no good if you can't expand. Pandemic or attack disguised as a botched leak? They have sacrificed their citizens before. China now knows the extent a virus can have on foreign populations, their slow reaction times and damage it causes to military capabilities. If we get hit each flu season with similar killer viruses we will be exponentially weakened. In 4 years when this scenario plays out it may not seem so difficult to believe. Err on the side of caution.

  14. Globalization problem is supplying a country like China with basic foods. China cannot feed its people without outside supplies. This makes China dangerous and if they can't or won't buy food they will take it. They have their eyes on low population and high yield food crop countries such as Canada. Note the Trudeau govt and China relationship.
