  1. Truly inspiring that even when the situation was hopeless the Spartans stood to the very bloody last. And boy howdy, was it a bloody last. And the fact that to this day Leonidas and the 300 Spartans are taught as some of the greatest heroes in history would drive Xerxes absolutely insane.
