  2. Concerning tires, the salesmen say always replace in pairs but what if it’s only got 1,000 miles or so? 5,000 miles?

  3. Amen on that stop-leak stuff unless it’s a beater and is a last-ditch before sending to the scrap yard and even then, maybe!!

  4. I, still, see folks claiming 10,000 or even 15,000 mile oil changes are okay because they send out the oil for analysis. Future mechanic customers, for sure!!!
