I mean, they've had a lot of time and feedback to get the platform to a lucrative level, but they just won't listen, they just want to push their own beliefs and agendas onto the others whilst using Twitch. Twitch Bathtub streams is the very first sign of problems. Then they keep on adding rules that would eventually relegates people from leaving the platform. For example, the Branded Ads, no one wasked for that shit. Now, it's you'll have to meet a certain threshhold of income to get the 70/30 cut-deal. Hell, no wonder Amazon has laid off a lot of Twitch employees from March. At this point, they'll never learn.

@lancevance6346 Twitch is independent of Amazon, that's pretty much what it sums up too. And it's pretty telling why they (Twitch) have these obligatory rules that no one really asked for in the platform, cause Amazon just simply doesn't care about the company they bought. And as you have stated, yes, Twitch is their pet project, essentially.
