  1. It’s two different production teams. Simon doesn’t always choose them. From what I gather sometimes he suggests, but otherwise the team chooses & he reads what lands in front of him. True crime videos on Biographics always get a lot of hits, so saying ‘only Casual Criminalist can cover people who do crime’ is a bit of a shot to the foot. Plus there are people who only watch one channel.
